Term 3 is the busiest time of year for the Library. This year we will have our annual Book Fair, and explore the 2017 short listed books. In Week 8 we have our Book Parade! I can't wait...bring on Term 3! Book week 2017This year's Book Week theme is Escape to Everywhere. It's about the places a book can take us using our imagination. When we read we visualise the setting, environment the characters are in.....and transport ourselves there with them. If you could escape, where would you go? book parade 2017The 2017 Book Parade will be held on Monday 4th September (Wk 8). Dress as your favourite book character and celebrate the love of books! Book Parade 2015 Need some inspiration? Click on the link below to see costume ideas. Book Fair 2017The 2017 Book Fair will be held from Friday 1st September until Wednesday 6th September. The fair is open before and after school each day. Students can buy books, stationary, posters and more. A percentage of all sales will go to our library, providing funds for new and exciting books. So start saving your pocket money and keep an eye out for more details to come. CBCA Short list 2017In Term 3 we will be taking a look at this years Short Listed books by The Children's Book Council of Australia. Kindergarten and Stage 1 will share the top 6 Early Childhood books, while Stage 2 and 3 will explore the best 6 Picture Books of 2017. Can't wait!

Each week a clue will be revealed on the Library Blog. Solve the clues and submit your answers before Week 8. Three students will be chosen with the most correct answers.
